About
I'm a Computer Science & Engineering student in Dhaka, working at the intersection of code and competition. By day I run HR and league operations for an esports organisation — policies, tournaments, the crew that keeps it all running. By night I write code: plugins, small tools, whatever idea is loudest that week. I also shoot photography when I need to step away from a screen and look for good light instead. Long-term, I want to build games — not just play or manage them.
I've founded a student computer club from scratch, coached a Bangladesh esports team to international podium finishes, and led the dev team behind an active Minecraft server. I like environments where I have to learn fast and own outcomes.

The operational system behind Zenetic Esports' tournaments: crew structure, scheduling, and policy designed to scale across multiple events running in parallel.
